Returns & Exchanges

Dance Junkie® strives to provide an amazing shopping experience.  If for any reason you are not content with your apparel order (t-shirts, capri leggings or full length leggings)  we will gladly accept returns and exchanges for US and Canada orders within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Exchanges are not available in Australia, New Zealand, or Europe as orders can only be returned. Some items purchased through special promotions are final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns. Clothing must be returned with all pieces included and intact, and apparel must also be returned unworn, with all barcode stickers and or tags still attached.


Accessories (mugs, phone cases, decals, hats) in most cases are not eligible for return or exchange. However, If the product has noticeable printing imperfections, we will gladly send a replacement item after a review of the product in question. 


In the US and Canada, Dance Junkie® offers 3 easy return options: (1) exchange for the identical product, new size  (2) return for a refund or (3) store credit. Return shipping is the responsibility of customer unless product is considered “imperfect”.   


In Australia, New Zealand, Europe.  Dance Junkie® offers 2 easy return options: (1) return for store credit  (2) return for a refund. Exchanges are not offered in Australia, New Zealand or Europe. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact [email protected] for instructions on how to return the item and place a new order. Please note: new orders are subject to standard shipping rates and responsibility of customer. 


Please note that any membership or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card.
