Why are some items left out of my shipment?
Although we try to avoid partial shipments, some particular items, such as car decals and apparel are shipped separately due to back order or products produced in separate manufacturer warehouse.
When should I receive my product?
Typically domestic orders will arrive 2-10 days after your order is received. You will receive a confirmation email when your item is shipped.

All Sales final. However, if the product is faulty Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The return must be received by 30 days after purchase: The product is damaged. The ink on the print is faulty (excluded are All Over Prints which usually have white streaks under the arms or crease of the shirt). We do not exchange for buyers remorse.

What kind of print technique is used on T-shirts?
Most of our t-shirts are printed using DTG (direct to garment printing technique. DTG gives the shirt the appearance of vintage faded style and soft to the touch.
My All Over Print Has White streaks, is it damaged?
No, Dance Junkie® All Over Printed shirt designs are used with a sublimation printing technique. There will be places on the t-shirt that appear that have not been printed, resulting in the shirt to have white streaks (mainly around the crease of the underarm area). This appearance is nothing to be alarmed about as it is distinctive of the all over print design. The shirt will have white streaks and should not be returned as a mistake. What ages do you accept Brand Ambassador?
Although we would like to accept all ages, Brand Ambassadors must possess the maturity to handle this position beginning at the age of 12. We do accept models of any age. For more information please refer to the “Get Noticed” section on our website.
