The Jerusalem dance is one of the most popular Palestinian events in the Middle East, but it has been banned in Israel for more than a decade.

Its popularity has waned in recent years as Israel has increasingly restricted it to a few religious and ethnic groups, and some people have expressed concerns that the dance will lead to discrimination against Jews.

Dancers have been banned from entering the Temple Mount for more a decade, but the Temple has always been a safe haven for Palestinians, as well as for Israelis, who have used it for religious and cultural purposes.

The dancing has also become an important part of Palestinians’ cultural identity, especially in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

The dance has been the subject of fierce debate in Israel and the Palestinian territories.

Critics say the dance promotes violence and racism, and many Palestinians who participate in it have expressed fears that it could become a new front in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

The dance’s promoters say the dancers perform a traditional dance from the ancient Jewish religion, and that the goal is to break down the barriers that Israel has created in the territories.

In a statement to The Associated Press, the Jerusalem District Council said it had decided to ban the dance because of “the negative impact on the social fabric and cultural heritage of the Temple and Jerusalem.”

In a similar decision in Israel, the government imposed a ban on the Israeli dance after it was widely reported to have sparked unrest in Israel.

The District Council, which is composed of local representatives from each of Israel’s 27 municipalities, said it would impose a fine of 100 shekels ($3) on dancers who perform the dance, which it said could be deducted from their salary.

“This will not be tolerated and will not change the reality on the ground,” the statement said.

Some of the dancers in the dance have previously received death threats for performing it.

The Jerusalem District council has been criticized in Israel as a party to the Israeli government’s policy of restricting Palestinians’ rights.

Israel and the Palestinians have not signed a peace agreement, but they have reached a series of agreements in the years since the end of the Israeli-Palestinian war.
